Elizabeth Longino, M.D.
Dr. Elizabeth Longino is a Facial Plastic Surgeon in Dallas, Texas. She is a highly trained specialist in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and neck, including rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty, deep plane face and neck lift, brow lift and eyelid surgery, nonsurgical facial rejuvenation, reconstruction after skin cancer removal, and facial paralysis.
Dr. Longino completed her Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at Stanford University under the mentorship of Dr. Sam Most. Dr. Most is a globally renowned facial plastic surgeon, and his fellowship is considered one of the most competitive in the field. Prior to Stanford, she completed her Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery residency at Vanderbilt University, consistently ranked the specialty’s top program. She earned her medical and undergraduate degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was an early Phi Beta Kappa inductee.
After finishing her fellowship, Dr. Longino was recruited to the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center to build her department’s aesthetic facial plastic surgery practice.
Dr. Longino has authored more than 30 peer-reviewed scientific articles and book chapters in her field. She has published in high-impact journals including Facial Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine, Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and The Laryngoscope. She regularly speaks at national meetings and has received numerous awards.

Dr. Longino enjoys spending time with her husband, a Dallas native, and their daughter. She loves playing tennis and running, and has recorded a sub-3-hour personal record in the Boston Marathon. Dr. Longino is also a recreational chef and classical violist.
Dr. Longino has an interest in general wellness, functional medicine and nutrition. She believes these play an important, yet often overlooked, role in postoperative healing and result maintenance. Dr. Longino enjoys incorporating these practices into the surgical journey and is constantly researching new ways to improve the experience and wellness of her patients.
